Everything you want to know beforehand

Booking and payment

By booking, you accept these conditions. They are set out here in full, so there are no surprises afterwards.

• When you book, you pay a deposit of €100 online right away, by Bancontact, card or Payconiq. For theme days and overnight stays the deposit is €200. Your booking is only confirmed after that payment; without it, the time slot becomes available again.
• The balance and any drinks from the minibar are settled when you leave, in cash or with Payconiq or your banking app. There is no card terminal.
• You can move or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your visit, by phone. The deposit is not refunded, but you book a new date with it.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, or do not turn up, the amount paid is forfeited.
• Bookings on theme days cannot be moved or cancelled. You confirm this with a separate tick when you book.
• A deposit is also required when you pay with a gift voucher. The voucher is settled on site, and anything you overpaid is returned when you leave.
• Discounts cannot be combined.

In the retreat

• Blossom is entirely smoke-free indoors; there is a smoking corner outside. Cocoon is entirely smoke-free.
• In the dry saunas and on the loungers, always place a towel under your whole body.
• Shower before and after using each facility.
• Bath slippers are required. You receive a pair free of charge on arrival.
• Do not add any products to the pool, the hot tub or the cabins.
• Food and drink do not belong in the saunas, the steam room, the hot tub or the pool.
• Diving into the pool is not allowed.
• Your own food and drink are not allowed. Each retreat has a minibar.

Your group

• A retreat holds up to 8 people. Coming with more? We can combine both retreats. Ask about it when you book.
• Children are always supervised by an adult.
• Children under 12 pay half the supplement, on presentation of their Kids-ID. From 12 years the normal supplement per extra person applies.
• Towels, bathrobes and slippers are included for adults. For children under 12 you bring your own, or rent them from us at €3 apiece.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The retreat is wheelchair accessible.

Quiet and surroundings

• After 22.00 we ask you to bear the neighbours in mind.
• Nostro Destino may refuse guests.

Gift vouchers

• A gift voucher is valid for 12 months and can be spent in the wellness.
• We still accept an expired voucher up to 6 months after its expiry date, against a €25 administration fee.
• After 18 months a voucher is no longer valid.

Liability

• Nostro Destino cannot be held liable for accidents, personal injury or material damage, loss of belongings, or improper use of the retreat.
• Damage you cause is charged to you. If a space has to close as a result, the lost income over that period is also recovered.
